* Please read all our shipping policies carefully. We do our best to ship all books out on time, however due to new safety measures implemented by our mail carriers some delays may be experienced depending on your location. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot guarantee arrival times at this time. We strongly recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure a timely delivery. Please also note that International orders seem most affected by the delays. Please refer to our Terms Of Use for more.

In the case of new carrier measures some countries / cities mail services may take longer than others, in these cases Luhvee is not responsible for extended delivery times due those delays.

We do not safeguard or have any warranties for theft or damage after delivery. Luhvee books is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package arrive damaged you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please be sure to verify your address before submitting your order. Please ensure to have a safe location for your items to be delivered. 

The recipient of the package will be responsible for paying these additional fees, if applicable. Luhvee is not responsible for undeliverable addresses, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correctly inputted, and that a valid operational address is used. Failure to do so may result in the inability of the shipping carrier to deliver the order.
Please understand we cannot recover the shipping cost once the order has been ship. In these cases Luhvee Books cannot guarantee our ability to reship books, and we cannot guarantee the quality of books which have been returned and then reshipped. Any requests for reprints will be the responsibility of the customer. If we can reship a returned book it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping fees.

The arrival times indicated include production and delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS, Canada Post & Fedex 
Delivery to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
For P.O. Boxes and Military addresses orders are shipped using US Postal Service and may require extra shipping time
For Canada and International orders shipping rates exclude import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document preparation fees. The recipient of the package will be responsible for paying these additional fees if applicable.

We recommend that you check with your local customs for more information regarding importation taxes and duties that may be applicable to your online order. Free standard shipping is offered on domestic orders only. Please note for international shipping some arrival times may take longer due to remoteness of country or local postal services -Please see our notes below regarding shipping dates and delays.

    For International orders the shipping timing is an estimate based on standard postal delivery services across major global cities. For all other cities, including rural or remote areas these times may be affected with even longer delivery times depending on the country and their mail delivery schedules.
