Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Should a manufacturing defect occur please contact us and we will be happy to issue a re-print, proof of the manufacturing defect will be required. We cannot and do not control customers personalization which includes photos and text. We see this personalization as personal and more importantly private. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that images uploaded are good quality and that proof-reading is done to ensure that any spelling errors, mistyping, any text errors are corrected before ordering.
