How do I personalize my book?
We customize your book cover and then you fill in the blanks by hand. We've provided you with thoughtful fill in the blank prompts to help you express all your love and gratitude.
What if i don't know what to write?
We've carefully crafted our senetnce starters to be open ended enough so you can answer them many different ways. Sentimental, humorous, a mix of both? You decide! Still need help? send us an email we can help!
How long does it take to ship?
We typically ship books out within 3 business days. Standard shipping is 8-11 business days (this includes production). Please refer to the shipping page for more accurate delivery times based on your shipping method. We will provide you with a tracking number once your book has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of your book, we do not accept returns. We want to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your book in any way please contact customer service.
Can I cancel my order?
Please request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase. As once we have placed your order in the print cue there may be a fee to remove it.
Please understand we cannot recover the shipping cost once the order has been ship. Returned orders due to buyer’s fault (buyer provided the wrong/incomplete/undeliverable address, buyer didn’t make attempt to pick up the package after failed delivery attempts) can be re-sent if postage and processing fee for the second shipment is paid. If you request a refund for a returned package. Please know that postage for returned packages will not be refunded.
Delivered items not received
Please ensure you have a safe location for your items to be delivered. Luhvee books is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number.
